Yes, the vagina has the same look. As long as you are a female mammal, you most have a vagina and it is a process where by external genital organs passes to the womb.

The hymen which is the thin layer of skin that covers the opening to the vagina can sometimes have a different shape but the actual vagina itself (which is on the inside of the body) remains the same. It's shape is like that of a cylinder.
