i've never experienced a birch branch. But, a thin one could be used to punish someone's scrotum, a thicker one for the legs, and a thicker one for the back side.

i think the person receiving should be instructed to go fetch the birch branch(es) for the Domme, and of course, the sub should beg for discipline...

Are you advocating cruelty? How can you educate people to be less violent when you advocate violence, surely we have come a long way since the days of using the Birch..there are more ways to deal with problematic people than by hitting them or punishing them in a cruel and sadistic way..all this does is satisfy the person who is metering out the punishment in some sadistic way. I can remember seeing a child's fingers being broken by a teacher who used the cane on a student. I am totally opposed to violence in whatever form it takes. There are a lot of people who will say it never did them any harm..but statistics will show that a lot of children were seriously damaged both physically and psychologically by corporal punishment. I say Burn the B*tch..I mean Birch... :0

Not sure I understand what you are asking. IF you mean using the birch to beat someone then I have seen that done a number of times. It seem effective.

My mother always says that if we brought back the birch we wouldn't have the same problems that we have now, but then she did live in an age when innocent ppl got hanged accidentally, it was legal to batter your kids and your wife, marital rape was legal and gay ppl were considered mentally ill.

These days fortunately, we are less ignorant.
