Why have secrets? Act as if you're telling everyone when you speak to one. Technically it's like broadcasting. Most of it is gossip anyway. I know this is difficult, but try not to be drawn up in the gossip, or perpetuate the gossip. Some people make it an occupation to create gossip or translate gossip to serve their interests. Some people are just down right sadistic when it comes to trashing others. Some people are just down right stupid and not aware of the damage they can do. Get busy using your mind for constructive things. People will know you for it, and the good energy will bounce back. Encourage yourself to be better, and encourage others too. It's a great skill that takes years to develop. Gossip short circuits creative energy. It's a choice you have control over. Emotional energy is wasted, so, just forgive and brush it off.

If she's treating you that way stop telling her anything you don't want broadcast. We all need someone to keep our secrets so find a person who you don't see blabbing everyone's personal life. Find a good listener and chances are they will be able to keep a secret. Or you could keep your secrets in a diary. Sometimes just writing things out feels good.

You have to stop being her friend, if she can't be trusted then she's not even worth having around. You can't make someone stop without risking going to jail. I say tell some of her secrets and when she confronts you about it then say, "Now you know how I feel."

Don't tell her anything that you don't want anyone else to know and explain to her how much it hurts you when she tells someone (or everyone) something that yo confided in her, let her know that you feel betrayed. If she continues after that, find another friend because in that case she really isn't being your friend. She just may not realize what she is doing to you.

you should really ask her back the question. "how would you feel if you told me a secret and i told everyone about it?" and actually do it. you friend will learn from her mistakes and will never do that again. that's what happened to me when i was a kid. until one day it happened all on me, i kept my mouth shut. that's why my friends trust me with their secrets. they all know i won't say a thing out. try that. it might work. good luck!

Just stop being friends and give her a cold shoulder and be kinda mean

I am sorry to say this but she is not a true friend if she does that. So you need to find a better friend that respects you and your secrets and tells no one!! Be live me there is one out there. Good luck!!!

I was taught as a little girl if you want to keep a secret you cant tell anybody, there are very few people you can ever truly trust

stop telling to her your secrets...she's not your friend.probably she's using you to achieve her goals or something like that.you can talk to her;tell her clearly how you feel and tell her that you will not tell her your secrets anymore.you must make her understand that you don't trust her and that she hurts you when she's doing it.but you must speak clearly about your feelings towards her and don't trust her ever again.but if you want to be friends with her,then you must tell her how you feel about her actions;tell her that you thought that you were friends and that's why you trusted her.ask her to stop doing that and tell her that she wouldn't like it if you revealed her secrets.
but if she starts denying the facts,then she's not a real friend,and you must abandon her as soon as possible!
