what is the best time of concieve

you can try to have sex on the day you ovulate (within the 24hr period) as this way the sperm reaches the egg as soon as it is released. Boy sperm swim fast but die quick where as girl sperm last longer so you can have sex before and after ovulation to get a girl. Either way its 50/50 chance so you don't really have a choice.
There is a book called "choosing the sex of your baby" that goes really in depth about different foods to eat and time of your cycle to try to conceive so it is worth reading if you desperately want a specific sex child, but don't be disappointed if its a girl.
Get some ovulation test kits for better predicting your best ovulation days (generally 10-14 days after the first day of your last period)

good luck

DIY tips for trying to conceive a boy...

* Avoid intercourse in the four days before ovulation. Plan to make love at or just after ovulation.

*Douche the vagina with a mildly alkaline solution just before having sex (lol how romantic!!!) Disolve 5ml of bicarbonate of soda into 1 pint of distilled water.

* Ideally the woman should have an orgasm just before ejaculation as stimulated secretions increase vaginal alkalinity.

* Try to ejaculate deep inside the vagina, preferably against the cervix where conditions are more alkaline.

Notes - Sperm containing the fatter X (female) chromosomes are heavier and swim more slowly, sluggishly yet persistently than sperm containing the Y chromosomes. The Y (male)chromosome is light and can swim faster but with less stamina and it tends to tire more easily. Other things being equal the race for the egg is more often won by the Y chromosome - hence the fact that slightly more boys are born worldwide than girls.

When vaginal fluids are more strongly acid (just before ovulation) the more resilient X chromosomes have the advantage. This is the basis for the DIY tips listed above.

Good luck, hope this helps xx

Hi there - i have the answer for you!

To have a boy you have sex as close to your ovulation date as possible 'bang on the date' more or less.

To have a girl you have more chances if you have sex 3/4 days prior to your ovulation (female sperms lasts longer) so when you ovulate only female sperm will be left to ferilise the egg!

How do I know when I'm ovulating?

You go on ebay and buy some ovulation urine tests (cheap and accuarate)..... you will then find out when your body ovulates each month and you can plan your sex accordingly.

How do I know this all?

Midwives, pregnancy books etc............. I had a girl first time round and am now pregnant at 30 weeks. My midwife said because I had sex so close like bank on my ovulation date there is more of a chance of it being a boy!

(of course the males determine the sex beacuse they produce the sperm but we females can manipulate the sperm ha ha)
All the best,
Sophia

Oh my goodness please!!!

Why is it that your mind is set on having either a boy or a girl??
Why not just wish and hope too have a healthy baby with no complications????

There are some people out there can never have children and here are people like you treating pregnancies like a shopping outing and pick what you want right off the shelf....

Sorry but I find it terrible...

I have a beautiful little girl who is 9 months old and am currently 30 weeks pregnant with a son. I never worried about if I was getting a boy or girl, I was more worried about if I was going to deliver a healthy child that would live a normal fulfilling life...
I am thankful that I have been fortunate enough too have children... I was told by the doctors that I could never have children due too medical complications....

If you can be pregnant or if you have infertility problems I reccomend to follow this method http://pregnancy.toptips.org

Many factors can cause a couple trouble in conceiving a baby, I'll list a few of the most common ones in women:
Anorexia or other dietary dysfunctions
Lacking amounts of FSH and LH are produced, so ovaries aren't as functional as they could be, and so not many eggs are produced
Stress, causing periods to become irregular
Medications such as cancer treatments, antidepressants, hormone therapy, pain killers, and antipsychotic drugs can all cause temporary infertility.

With the method that I posted above you will be able to get pregnant!

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/DKKmU

Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/fd75a

you have to have sex as close to ovulation as possible....the boys swim faster and don't live as long.....start charting your temps and keep track of your cm and when it's like raw egg whites then do the bd...because you're the most fertile. the next day or so your temp should spike up to indicate that you've O'd

to conceive a baby boy ,all is dependent on the male partner due to x & y chromosome cobination factor, female partner is always associated with y type chromosome. so,it is the male partner reponsible for everything. again it depends on the female partner body temperatures for first few hours.
