I have no idea, but I'd love to know. I tried to google the Vittoria Foundation, but I only got stuff from Vittoria, Canada. I get about 3 emails a day from this "Foundation" and they are all different but they still ask for the same information. I tried to find an unsubscribe button or link, but found none. I don't know why I was chosen or what I signed up for in the past that made them email me. I report it as spam everytime I get an email from them.

===================================
To Avoid scams here is what i tell people...
All spam emails/unsolicited letters and faxes are scams.
As a general rule - ANYTHING involving Western Union/money gram = Scam.
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country or Accept

checks from strangers and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you

risk losing your $$ and your mind.
Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER give out your personal information to

strangers online! Always be on guard.
