Try not to worry, they seem to be really organised there and doing everything to prevent damage. I'm sure your parent's hotel will make sure they are safe. Give them a ring and tell them to be careful, just to reassure yourself!!

Keep in touch with them, but don't over worry if you don't hear from them. I think most tourists have been moved into shelters etc. Jamaica is used to this kind of weather, and they have buildings to shelter in.
The worst of the storm has passed Jamaica now, hopefully your parents will get in touch soon and let you know all is well....!!
(I've not heard any reports of any major issues in Jamaica, a lot of mess obviously, but nothing more serious than that.)

It must be very worrying for you but try not to get into a state! The Jamaicans seem to be very well organised and I am sure they will do everything possible to protect people. After all, they want tourists to go back again!

Wait for their postcard, or their return. I presume you are worried about the hurricane - Jamaica is used to hurricanes - they get them at this time every year.

dont worry the tourists are always looked after,its the people that live there that dont get any help.some of them are still trying to get over the last hurricane!
