You haven't given much information out on yourself... so starting points for you is research to see if you qualify::::

Working in Aussie:

http://www.workpermit.com/australia/relocation.htm

Becoming an Australian Citizenship

It depends on where you are from, your education background and your job qualifications. Be very careful and research thoroughly before arriving on Australian soil. It's easy to get caught up in immigration bureaucracy if you're not properly prepared. Be sure to visit http://www.immi.gov.au and read everything thoroughly 3 times. Seriously.

Why not? For as long as you are qualified. Some of my friends are already working in Australia. I don't hear complaints.

To think that they are not Australians.

If you are under 30 you can get a working holiday visa which allows you to work. If you are over 30 the rules are stricter. Look here http://www.immi.gov.au

Ummm, what are your qualifications?

I'd say if you handle your job interview like you handle posting a question, the answer is no.
