Yes. Season DVDs released in North America are [normally] exclusively in English. Box sets will have Japanese options included as well.

sure. each season so a strategies of bleach is going to be aired on grownup swim english dubbed. and season 8( the "Arrancar: The Fierce combat" arc) has already been aired on grownup swim. i've got watched all of them on grownup swim

If you buy them from a U.S. company they will certainly have an English dub. They will also have a English sub with Japanese audio.
