what i meant was, if 1 or more cells in the battery has gone bad, is there anyway i can repair it or can i have it changed. And one more thing, how do tell whether it's bad just by lookinng into it. Thanks.

You'd need a smelter and a battery manufacturing facility.
You can't rebuild a battery. They just get disassembled and the lead gets melted down. Even if you could replace a bad cell, it would be a bad idea. Those cells have to be matched in a battery or it won't be worth much. One new one and five old ones wouldn't work.
