I am a little shy but not way too shy. I would say more reserved. When I am standing with a group of people and Im not talking I don't know who to look at or keep eye contact with. I get self conscious because I don't know where to look. Is this normal? Im thinking that its not.

Generally, if I'm not talking and someone else is, I look at the person who is speaking. Not to say I make constant eye conact with them...I think that if you're looking towards the person who is talking, it shows you're listening and interested.

look from right to left every 3 seconds, looking at a different person each time

i do that sometimes..im sure its normal because i know some ppl who do it also..im also shy
