Any suggestions on what activities to do for employees..such as rope challenge.....any suggestions???!!!

It's for employees only, and i want to know types of games and what to do exactly. It's gonna be departments competing against each other....such as rope pulling...but do you have any other suggestions

It depends on whether it's strictly for staff only or for their families too. You could have lots of games for the kids, hire a magician, cartoon quizzes, etc. Otherwise, you could bring in a caricaturist to make sketches, henna painting on the hands, team games, etc. Since this is a social gathering, team games should not be organised according to functional departments, like team from Accounting, Sales, etc. Instead, to get them to mix, the teams should comprise staff from different departments.

Oh ok, no kids. Well it also depends on where this will be held. If near water (beach or swimming pool) you could have swimming competitions, beach volleyball, or if you have the facilities, rock climbing, roller-blading or in-line skates in a row (1 team 1 row holding on to the waist of the person in front), skate-boarding, singing or dancing competitions, not everybody is physical or strong, so you need some gentle events. Try not to have eating competitions and make sure your company has bought insurance.
