Absolutely compatible. BUT the D930 3.0Ghz is old tech and and HOT (95 watts). Consider the cheaper, cool running and overclocker friendly E2160. Easily beats the Pentium D935 in benchmarks below. The E4400 would even be better.

I agree with Karz. I am currently running the E4400 and it is a sweet chip. The performance for the price is top-notch.
