THIS IS THEIR 4TH TIME SPAWNING AND EACH TIME THEY HAVE EATEN ALL OF THE EGGS. THAT IS WHY I TOOK THE APPROACH OF BEING THE PARENT. I DIDNT TOUCH THE EGGS JUST TOOK OUT THE PARENTS. WILL THIS EFFECT THE HATCHING RATE?

well some parent fish will fan the eggs to prevent fungus growth. you would just have to put an airstone by the eggs to have the bubbles flow over the eggs..
look up Blue Ram breeding on google and im sure you will get a lot of stuff

It won't effect the hatching rate but it's a good idea to take out the parents.

I don't think it will hurt the hatching process because actually instead of taken the parents out youcould have gotton a nesting sling and you just bascially put the eggs in there. but taken them out will noot hurt theeggs
