Depends on how amicable our break up went. I still stay in touch with my ex. We are better of as friends then when we were as partners..

Being originally from the US and not living in the country anymore.I don't have that problem hehe ;) but when it did happen when I was younger...I used to get this yucky feeling in my gut.
