When I masturbate, I can do it 3-4 times a day without any problems. But when I have sex with my girlfriend, I can do it only once a day. Is this normal ? What could be the problem.

It takes far more physical and mental energy to engage in intercourse than it does to masturbate. The release is that much more powerful as a result. No problem.

Focus on one thing at a time.With an obliging girl friend around,there should be no need to masturbate,which is considered to be a poor substitute for real sex.You have to get out of the OLD GROOVE and learn to settle in to the normal rhythm of life.Just try and you shall find it easier and more satisfying.

It is a very common problem : Just do one thing , next time when u go to ur girl freind, don't go by the idea that u have to have sex only , just lie down cloth less, talk to each other , fondle with the parts , have oral sex, but DON'T think that you have to have inter coarse , repeat it 2-3 times , it will help

Very normal...dont worry...in masturbation u satisfy yourself..but in intercourse u have to satisfy ur partner too...there lies the difference.

You are obsessed, take care! you are already sexually active, why take recourse to the second best? Three-four times a day_ boy you are hyper active. be careful because a time will come that you will not enjoy intercourse, thats when it will be critical.
