Yeah... when I was younger, the smallest amount of any lactose would get me doubled up in pain.
Now I can eat as much dairy as I want and I just get gas... lol and that's bad for everyone!!!

yes and to everyone who isn't, don't take it for granted.
i wasn't until this school year started and it's horrible. i kept getting sick and couldn't find out why.
and they still don't know entirely what's wrong.
