you can star with how you met and then go into how she have grown, how she have helped you through trials in your life and what you like about her. then end with another story and say"although we have been through many things good and bad and there have been sometimes when i wanted to ____________, I still love you and would not trade you for anything in the world. Happy 18th Birthday! I recommend that it not be written down this makes it feel more personal and it makes your friendship look unstoppable You can add that to if you like

hope that helped. good luck

I really liked it. I know she will like it too. But is Bob a nickname? I wasn't expecting it to be a girl. lol Although I didn't know people give speeches on Sweet 16, but you said your Indian. So it's not American. You write good for a 13 year old.

Why don't you start off with when you two first met, talk about a few of the crazy times you shared and bring the friendship up to date and talk about now.

Take him out on a date like say hey lets hangout and go bowling or something. Something you could enjoy. So try telling him the way you feel and you'll see where goes from there.

think about the things that have made your friendship the best. nothing negative because you don't want to offend her and in the end welcome her into the start of great new and amazing things and hopefully you will be there to share it.
