You should be able to get any details you re looking for from the 1901 census. As census' are only done every ten years and arent available for a hundred years after the census date the 1901 census is therefore the latest one available for public viewing. the census taken in 1911 will be available in 2011. This can cause some problems for a few years especially if you are trying to trace family trees etc.

The first answer misses the point as you ask for Electoral Roll details, not Census details. Electoral Rolls are much better at tracing people as they are compiled annually, rather than every 10 years as is the census. I'm not sure if old rolls can be seen on line, however. I've had a quick search and nothing obvious comes up. You would be far better checking with your local County archives who no doubt will hold copies of old rolls. Bear in mind, however, that there was no universal suffrage before WWI
