I don't feel good, for no special reason. I feel so empty and I can't find anything to look forward to.

There is something bothering you. Think about it. I know i feel empty when i don't speak to my boyfriend for a few days. I want to be around him so bad but i know i can't be there and i sigh sigh sigh all day.
He is sleeping when i am awake(he is in another country)i am sleeping when he is awake. I used to get on the net every day to talk to my friends until the morning and sometimes go without sleep and i would go to work. Now that i have him i don't care to be on the net with anyone else and i need my rest because now i work outside the home. I am busy six days a week working and the last day i just sleep and sleep.
I also do not have anything to look forward to since i lost all my children i did child care for. So yes, there is something bothering you. You just have to face up to it and know what to do about it. I try to have a child or children around me if i do not work on the weekend at all. I excuse myself on Sunday to give myself a rest if i do work on Saturday. Maybe i should tell you to read the book by Joel Osteen also..........Your Best Life Now........find it at a library..read it ...it is a great book.......If your situation gets worse, then get medical help. Talk to your doctor.

Everyone has times that they feel this way, but if yours continues you should see your doctor. Find things to do that make you happy - read a good book that is pleasant (try Jan Karon's Mitford series); watch a movie that is funny and has a happy ending; watch a musical (find them at the video store); play music that makes you feel like dancing; exercise as it boosts our endorphins; get busy in the kitchen and make something yummy; keep friends that are cheerful and fun to be around.

This is common for me too. When I do get to feeling that way, I usually call my best friend just to talk. I also just start thinking of funny things my friends, family and I have been through. Most of the time remembering these "Happy thoughts" make me feel better, but when they don't work, I just start exercising or doing something to keep me busy. I realize people deal with certain issues their own way, but this is how I deal with mine. Hope u find your own way to deal. Once u do, you'll feel better. Good luck.

Sound like you may be having a bit of depression. Should get better. If not, and it continues, see your Doc and tell him. Don't let it get out of hand. But everyone goes through this. It's when it lingers that it may be serious. Just part of life. Good Luck!!!

watch tv, listen to good relaxing music, hot bubble bath with soaps that have scents that make you feel really good, ask questions on yahoo that you ponder about or that is making you feel empty, talk to an empathetic friend especially, if you feel like talking
