especially working people and students..i have no source of entertainment at my college..the place is too far from the cities and full of foreigners 'who came into the country without permission"..tell me ur way,and its serious not a joke,ok?proper ways,please.....

I find a quiet, comfortable place with absolutely no one around to just lay on the floor and stretch out. I then proceed to sleep as long as I'm allowed.
This let's me get a little refreshed and forget about some of the worries I had before doing so.

Hm.. well, I go online and go to places like this that make me forget about my problems. Sometimes I like to listen to music and just get lost, or go for a drive. There are a lot of different ways.. you just have to find what you're into and what your escape is.

Try reading more. I wish I could help yo but I don't know of a way. I am lucky I guess I turn to my wife for help with all my problems. Good luck to you though
