Yeah So You Think You Can Dance is really GOOD!
It's the highest rated & watched show in USA.
The Apprentice USA & BBC The Apprentice are very good too.
- business, common sense, street smart vs. book smart, money making, psychology etc all mix into one.
The American Inventor is another good one.
- creative, innovative & original inventions. The judges can be cruel but they are very frank & direct as well.

"So You Think You Can Dance"
1. Real talent
2. Judges are very nice and fair in their assessments.
3. No silly hype -- just all about the dancers doing their best.

Extreme Home Makeover always makes me cry!
I LOVE American Idol!!
"The Deadliest Catch" I would have to say is the least stupid...it's very dangerous what those guys do for crabs.

Well, American Idol is the ONLY reality show my mom watches, so I guess that's the only answer I have.
(Personally, I think they all suck, but even A.I. has its good points.)
