are the fumes or chemicals for top coat toxic when using it on gundam models? I cant read japanese, its the light blue top coat can you spray on. (basically anything that has fumes is dangerous like top coat?)

YES, All spray enamel paints and lacquer topcoats contain toluene, and a liquefied petroleum propellant. They should always be used in a well ventilated room, and their fumes should not be inhaled as they can cause respiratory tract and nervous system damage.

I use Testors, Floquil, and Tamiya paints and finishing products... I also have a spray-booth and wear a filter mask when painting
