Whoever changed your oil either left the drain plug loose or the filter or spilled oil on your frame and didnt clean it off

Definitely get it looked it.

But you mentioned your first step - check to see if it has oil. Make sure your oil is full before you drive it anywhere.

You said you got your oil changed 4 days ago. That should be enough time for anything left over to have already fallen. So if it's still leaking, take it somewhere to have it inspected.

My GUESS (it can be a million things) is that the drain plug is leaking. Any time you change oil on a Honda, you want to be careful of two things:
1) The drain plug gasket needs to be replaced every time. The drain plug gasket is metal and it made so the drain plug can mold into it. Once it's taken off, it needs a new one.

2) Some people do not know that you have to be careful with the drain plugs. It's very easy to overtighten the drain plugs and strip the threads on Hondas. They take very light pressure to tighten up.

Now, your oil leak could be coming from anywhere. It might be a leak unrelated to the oil change. But I'm just saying what I have usually seen from Hondas after oil changes when they leak.

Somebody just has to get under there and find out where the leak is coming from. If it's because some monkey left the plug or filter loose, you could lose all the oil at once and toast the engine. The cost could be anywhere from free to tighten the oil filter to hundreds of dollars to replace a seal.

take it back to the place you had the oil changed and have them look at it again. It is most likely the guy under the car was just sloppy and he left some of the used oil on the frame of the car. It takes about 2 minutes for them to check it, most times they don't even need to pull the car in.
