I'd like to heat it up and try to vice grip it off but its so rusted on there and stripped I can't get a grip on it.

My Questions are:
What kind of torch?
Where can I buy it?

I tried: Vice Grips, Wrench's, Hammer, Screw Driver, Hack Saw, WD40, and a Pipe Wrench. It is completely rounded. What do I do? This is frustrating! Please give me ideas. Thanks.

you will need an oxy-acetylene torh, with a small tip. Start slowly heating tne bolt until the whole thing is red, but, not molten. use small vice grips and slowly twist the bolt in both directions..It will be tight, be patient. If it stops turning, apply heat again. Take small turns, maybe a quarter at a time, it should thread out. P.S. I usually presoak bolts like that wih WD40 for overnight prior. Last resort, arc weld a nut to the rounded bolt, and use socket to turn it out

They make a nut splitter for just such an occasion. Any parts store should have it. If you can't reach it with that, someone can cut it off with a rotozip.
