pi/2 means its orientated on the positive y axis (90 degrees from the positve x axis, where all polar angles are taken from).

-5 is its magnitude.

therefore, it actually lies at d), (0,-5)

x = - 5cos(π/2) = 0
y = - 5sin(π/2) = - 5
