A person who is easy to get depressed usually have a life which they dont really satisfy. Try to look in your life to see what you dislike and make a plan to change it. You can borrow hilarious movies to help you find some humor and laugh a little more often. Try to put a smile on your face when you meet friends and dont think about sad stuff. The important thing is you need to take thing easy as much as you can. I hope this help.

It may be that you cannot tolerate ignorance, so, as a direct result, you are very impatient. It may be you are overly, critical and cynical. You may be upset with something or someone, you wanted a certain outcome, that was a persona, you, yourself created. You had an expectation that could only be fulfilled if your dream corresponded with your desired outcome. You are let down and all because you thought you were really going to be, smellin' like a rose, by now.
So, what do you do? You already know, while you are alive, treat everyone like you want to be treated and while you still breathe, work harder at, smellin' like a rose.

A short temper just got me in trouble. Did not make good choices. Think about what you are being angry about and is it worth acting ridiculous? It is a waste of time and energy
If you still have issues........i read..books on improvement of oneself...I suggest reading: Your Best Life Now by Joel Osteen............get it at the library..7 steps to living at your full potential or the one that has the 90 Devotions.......all his books are great.

Each and every time you get mad...stop and count to 100 by 3's.
You could also go for a 20 minute brisk walk....or maybe do both at the same time. See what happens!
