Fenugreek did wonders for my supply. Go to GNC and ask for a hot tea called "Mother's Milk". It tastes like black licorice, but it worked great for me. You will have to pump or feed a lot to get your supply back, but it can be done. Also try taking Brewer's Yeast tablets.
Also do a search for "galactogogues" which are supplements meant to induce or support lactation.

you have to take ALOT of fenugreek.then you smell like maple syrup all the time.
if its only been a month you probably havent "dried up" start breastfeeding again and the baby suckling will get things flowing soon enough or just start pumping every few hours - you will have to wake up in the middle of the night just as if baby was feeding.
Also try mothers milk tea by traditional medicinals and lactation blend pill by dr.tori hudson from super supplements or gnc. both seemed to do something but baby and a breast pump worked the best for me

I'm not sure, but if you like the taste, it's worth a try.

What will work is constant suckling. Often a woman's body can be encouraged to start producing milk again (at least according to a LLL book I read), even if she hasn't breasfed for years.

I'd check La Leche League for more info. Good luck! I think it will be hard work, but worth it.
