Not easily unless it had high ceilings. Animals are very adaptive to different environments, and giraffes live in zoos for many years, so the likely could like in the right house. Not well, but they could probably do it.

Not unless it was a very tall house! No, having a giraffe as a pet would be cruel. They need lots of space!

Zoos have habitat areas for giraffes to go into, but they are mostly outside animals as you can imagine given their size.
I just want to remind everyone, an animal like this or, monkeys, big cats etc ARE NOT house pets and should not be treated as so. They are proud, fine species and should be free or in zoo's where they can be suitably looked after.

I don't think it would be very happy, besides the ceilings would have to be about twenty-five feet high. They eat leaves out of trees. How could it be fed?
