Nu Skin is one of those MLM companies who recruit people to sell their skincare products directly to customers. If you sign up, you have to buy their products, hold Tupperware-like parties at home to demonstrate the product, recruit more agents below you (the downline) and you make a commission out of what your downline agents sell. I knew a friend once who was an agent but she has since stopped. It's hard to meet the sales quota set and she kept approaching her friends to buy until they avoided her. Then to meet the quota, she ended up buying more and more of the stuff herself which she can't sell. She gave them away as birthday gifts after that. That was some years ago. Perhaps she didn't have enough friends to make it a success!
