Is his name on the birth certificate?

That is one of the hazards of not getting married! You can really get screwed literally!

You may get child support, and you may get some of the property or interest in the business, but it will be awhile! Hope his name is on the birth certs as that will only make it harder!

Many people, when they remarry, especially fathers, tend to think that their 1st families support is less an issue than their current family. It is just the opposite, and if they were forced to pay for their children or wind up in jail that would be OK with me!

I can't believe you stay with him when he has another girlfriend who is already mooching off your money, and you give it to her! And she is pregnant to boot!

You better start making some plans as you could end up the big loser in this issue!

He still lives with you? But you think this will change? He has gotten someone else pregnant while with you? LET HIM GO. Sounds to me like he isn't thinking of the kids he already has let alone the one is is gonna have.FRIGGING LET HIM GO. If his name is on your children's birth certificates,he will be paying support.Even if the court has to do it for you. So don't sweat it, drop him like a bad habit.

go for child support that'll make him think twice about fathering maybe bunches of kids everywhere like my son's father did. And if he doesn't want to support his children then he has not right to visit them get a court order to take away his rights sounds like he doesn't care abotu his kids with you and what is fair is fair.

First priority is his kids. if hes not paying the child support he is supposed to sue him until u have everything he owns. Once you have kids they HAVE to be your top priority no matter what the situation is
