I checked a few websites with his bio. but they all said different things.

All I know is that in the X Men movies Hugh Jackman appeared to have dark green eyes. You could get some intense colored contacts in green....or some other cool color.

In most versions of the comics, Wolverine's eyes are blue. However, sometimes he is said to have brown or hazel eyes as the actor that played him in the film never wore contacts. So it's really a question of which Wolverine you want to be: comic!verse or movie!verse.
As for his claws, they are 9-inches in length according to every article on the subject that I've ever read.

His eyes are dark brown and the claws look to be about 6-8 inches, at least from what I can tell from the movies.

it's never stated what color his eye length is or his claw length because never was it vitally important to any piece of any story ever. so eye's doesn't really matter and on claws you might wanna just go with about 7-8 maybe 9 inches.
