bettas are naturally from warm water, but they can handle cooler water.
White clouds are naturally from cooler water, but hey can handle warm water.
My point is that both fishes have a wide range of temp tolerance.
You cant go wrong with a temp of room temp, I.E Range for 70*F-80*F is aceptable.

I just had room temp with my Betta and it lived for two years with just the heat of the light too

78 F is usually a pretty good temp for most tropical fish and an AD frog.

white cloud are more of coldwater fish and shouldnt be mixed with tropical fish like bettas. i think the df should be able to cope with the cold water.

They should be okay without heat but I strongly recommend it, with heat the fish will be more active also they may live longer but heaters aren't to expensive so I would use one, the pre-set one are nice too since you don't have to adjust them, the presets are usually set at 78 degrees F, but again I would strongly recommend it!!

Hmmm... I think its usulally between 74 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

I would keep all of them together in a temperature range of 75-80 degrees
