I totally agree. But, you try to tell people and most will look at you like you're crazy. People have been starved of the truth for so long, they totally reject it. You're exactly right though, it kind of reminds me of the Titanic...nobody believed the ship was sinking until it was too late and the lifeboats were gone. It sucks.

As a teacher, I abhor the position the U.S. Department of Education has taken on illegal immigration. Every state public school has been given permission to allow "illegal aliens" to attend our public schools, because the U.S. Department of Education is subjected to the "No Child Left Behind Act", and that illegal immigrants who bear children within the United States, who now become "legal" citizens, are required to receive medical and education benefits.

As a teacher, I can tell you most of these illegal immigrants refuse to speak English in the classroom, stating that they do not know how to speak English. These students refuse to read or write assignments given by the classroom teacher. Bologna! These students also speak to each other in their native language because they know their teacher does not speak that language.

If George and Laura are so enamored of the Hispanics, they should move to Mexico!
