North American union? you just get here? No, arnold will not be president. He is not a natural born citizen and therefore is constitutionally ineligible. Can that change? Sure, but our government is to busy killing American soldiers to change the constitution.
At any rate, he won't see it in his life time.

No. He cannot be president because he was not born in the US, and it would take an act of congress to change the law to allow non us born people to be president. I don't think Congress will touch that one, and I can't think of any Congress members who would sponsor that bill.
