It is governed by the speed of mind.... since too many thoughts can not co-exist at the same point in time, I believe even thought has a finite speed...... could it be faster than light?.... I suppose no, because anything faster than light can not occupy time as we perceive.

The speed of thought is dependent on the electro-chemical transmissions from neuron to neuron across synaptic junctions. Such transmissions take time and thus are not instantaneous (like a previous poster suggested) but rather nearly instantaneous (we would need to measure at the nano-level of time).

Same as the speed of impulses carried through the nervous system. Instantaneous.

sometimes it can be incredibly slow, blocked or clouded by other issues, jealousy, rage, insecurity, love
