the answer is undefined
the answer can not be 1, because if it is, then it is against the rule to say 1/0 = 0 and 1 + 0 = 1

The answer is undefined.
No number is divisable by 0. Therefore, the problem can't be worked out since you can't add 1 to the undefined answer (1/0).
You can check this by using a scientific calculator.

It would be 1, because 1/0=0, and 1 + 0=1.

I may not have this right but to my rememberance of studies
you have to make 1/0 comman to the other factor (1) which turns into 1/1
so making denominators same sums to
1/1 + 2/1= 3/1=3
not really sure...
or since 0 is the denominator and i make it into a decimal it would be .1(0)
1+.1= 1.1(0)
