im dinking about buying a new car...my limit is 40000.please tell me what kinda car i can get with full loaded everything.

For that kind of money, you have a virtually limitless field from which to choose. Do you want sporty? Mustang will do. Usable? - Chevy HHR. Stylish - Lexus G35 or Buick. Trucking? Tundra or Tacoma. Sporty personal? - Subaru WXR (my personal choice at the price).

For 40K, I would find a body style that Iike USED and pay myself a 20K plus finders fee.
My personal choice right now would be a Mercedes 380 SL
with ragtop. (any year diesel)
But as mentioned above, it depends on the person and the needs of the person. You did not list these points.

sorry i depends on your taste maybe you like small cars maybe big ,so if you want a full house car its best you negotiate with a dealer,do you have a family ? that also counts,are you a frequent traveler? answering this questions should get you the right car since you got some 40 grand
