All new resident must have a back ground check and approval of the island council, no drugs, no haters of any kind, respect to all who inhabit the same island and their property, not too many rules just lots of love for each other and above all respect for others.... oh yeah and you must put all garbage in the proper place... I will not have you trashing my island.....!
