No, the Walk of Fame is simply the public sidewalks along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street, where they embedded star plaques honoring the stars. It's free. (And so is the forecourt of Grauman's Chinese Theatre, where you'll see the stars' footprints in cement.)
