Lol Missy. Just a week or two ago you said your boyfriend told you he never loved you and wants to break up. You were asking should you leave him.. Plus in another question you said he really doesn't even show affection toward the baby you just had.
Now suddenly you say he wants another? Hmm, are you sure this isn't just your idea? Very few 'boyfriends' want kids by women they're not married to.
Stop trying to create more kids to put in the middle of an already bad situation.

The depo shot is pretty powerful, whether you've had one shot or several. I wouldn't choose this form of birth control unless I was done having children. Few women are able to conceive right after stopping the shot, but the majority take months...some years. And unfortunately, some women never recover from it.
Good luck.

It all depends on how your body handles the after-effects of the shot. Some women are able to conceve immediately after, some still have not been able to conceive for years after their last shot. According to the literature, it should take no more than about three months, but there is a lot of anectdotal evidence that it can take much longer.
Take a look at this site or google "depo provera horror storys" http://htmlgear.tripod.com/guest/control.guest?u=shellyborsits&i=1&a=view

I am NEVER using the Depo shot again! I had two shots of it after my first miscarriage and it took a year after the second shot to get my period back, and another year to get pregnant again. When I son was 6 months old I had one because I had a pregnancy scare, and my periods returned at the end of the 3rd month, BUT I bled for 20 days, and less than a week later my period started again. The Depo shot can mess your hormones up for years. I ended up having to go on the pill for 3 months (Yaz) to regulate my period after the last time and I got pregnant 2 weeks after stopping it.

With depo it really varies. The average time that it takes to conceive after the last injection is about 9 months according to the literature. About 90% of users conceive by 18 months following the last injection.

I took the dep. shot two times. My final shot became in March. I had my era for a pair of week after the shot became beginning to placed on off. Then the subsequent couple months i might in simple terms spot. many times it takes 6 months to regain fertility. The variety of photos you had does not make replace the outcomes. Having one is the comparable as having 10 (so my checklist says besides). I had my era the finished time i became on Depo additionally, so i've got not got self assurance it skill you're fertile. the sole thank you to tell is in simple terms to attend. in case you're aspiring to alter into pregnant, sturdy success yet don't be upset if it does not happen as we talk. i'm in simple terms down the place my sessions are popular. that's my 2nd month of normalcy. despite the fact that it's going to be ok! :-) in simple terms wait and see!
