I think a lot more men are open to the idea then women are. If you keep looking you will find it! I think that is a great goal to have. Many people just assume that it can't be done in this day and age but it can with a few sacrifices and commitment to a budget. Try to look in places where men with old fashioned values would be, a church or community center activites. Good luck to you!

Not that hard as most men want that--they haven't evolved like women have a good thing though-if doesn't look at a control issue--I loved staying home but since he was "taking care of me" was like a second class person. You need to make sure to talk about what you both want and expect. Good luck.

Times are very different now. A lot of women would love to stay home and do the housewife thing, unfortunately keeping a house is very expensive and needs a 2 income family to maintain it.

Well, where I live, many women stay home and raise their children while the husband works. They make sacrifices financially, but seem to like the fact the children have a mom there to look after them.

Well, if you're thinking you haven't got the right one yet, then you don't have him. Keep looking.
On how hard it is to find someone with those values, I think it depends on where you're looking. If you're looking in bars and nightclubs, I think it's going to be darned near impossible to find someone who wants his wife to be a stay at home parent. If you're looking at church, I think your chances of finding someone with that type of "family values" increases dramatically. At least, that's where I found my hubby, at church.

Find the right man who wants a family, & will support it. One thing you can do what my cousin does-babysit other kids for extra cash & then your kids will have company.
