Nothing. Once the country gets greatly overpopulated, it will become a larger issue. There's an issue between what some think is best for the country/world and what people want to do and think is best for themselves. If something is done for population control right now, people will be up in arms. I think that nature will cause population control once it really gets out of control, and people will learn.

Population control is easily done by inhaling large amounts of carbon monoxide. Get everyone together in a closed garage and run the car. Play games like "Who can breath in the deepest and quickest". Fun for the whole family!

Population is our strength. There is enough potential even for another doubled population also. No problem with the population but only with Politics and pollution in India.

the only recourse is education and health care services.
with education and agressive campaining, which should reach the rural mass, awareness can be brought across the cross section of society more with the poor class. they tend to have more children as the mortality is also high.
so keep educating!!

sensible answer- follow CHINA-(one child policy)
government puts new laws
my opinion- Transport people from over populated places to less populated places.

give tax breaks for people NOT having children instead of more money for more kids. I think that could be a good stat and a good thing for our Country
