Its a party where kid usually hangout for the night. A group of kids are invited for spending a fun night together. They usually spend times playing games, eating food, drinking soft drinks & telling stories to one another & discussing thier relevent issues. I have heard slumber parties being done by females but not not males...
Guys usually don'y spend time in a house but in a club or local pub...
Thats how I defferentiate it, but if you want to know more you can look at up at wikipedia...
