I live in australia, and im moving to brisbane, I can't afford to rent on my own to begin with. I wish there was a way that I could, as im not good at trusting people and are best living alone. I dont come across as the most socail person and it takes me a long time to to adjust to people. I just don't know how i will be. But i need to move so i can study, its for my future.

First of all, make sure the people your renting from speak the same language as you so you can communicate. also, you should probably add something like " my family is gonna be here in a while" so if the people are "weird" they know you're not alone. also, rent from a family that has young children. parents tend to be nicer than loners and widows.

Remember, most everything in life,
especially real estate, is negotiable.

YOU can rent with a trial based lease.
NOT that anyone will agree but you can.

Also, please keep this in mind; if you cannot afford rent, how can you afford to eat or handle transportation?

have you made a budget?

I need more data to advise you.

Sometimes, also, you can "HOUSE sit."
[thus, have a home to live in and
not share it and live for free and be paid!]

you mean sharing? then i suggest sharing with your schoolmates. it is best you can do. Remember, schoolmates arent strangers after all.

First just get any accomodation you find, just for the beginning. then when you start school you bring up the idea of sharing an appartment with some schoolmates which you find nice. and then go for it and together you will find a place to live in a shared appartment.
