My favorite game was my first MLB game. I bought tickets for my dad and I to see the Cardinals-Cubs in May of 2002. We were in the upper deck, but right behind homeplate, so we had a great view of old Busch Stadium. The Cards ended up winning 11-2.
The most memorable game I have attended was at the Juice Box in Houston. It was Carlos Beltran's first game back after signing with the Mets, $1 hotdog night, and Pedro was pitching. The Astros won it with a walk-off in the ninth to get the wild card lead. They eventually won the wild card and made it to the World Series. Oh, and we were on the 6th row on the first base side. It was awesome.

I would have to say 2006, Twins vs. White Sox the last game of the season when the Twins clinched the division. About 35,000 people stayed in the dome after the game and watched Royals vs. Tigers on the big screen to see if the Twins would pass the Tigers and win the AL Central. The players stayed on the field and watched the big sceens with us. The Royals ended up coming from behind and beating the Tigers so the Twins won the division which was also the first day all season they had been in first place. It was the best and most exciting game I've ever been too. But, I'm only 21 years old. Hopefully there is more to come.

I'm pretty Young so I Haven't been to many Exiting Games. I would Say Twins Yankees in 2006. The Twins were down by one most of the game but in the ninth Morneau hit a Walk off 2 RBI Single off Rivera to win the Game or on Friday After the Drunk guy next to me was insulting Punto and Marlon Byrd who apparently is the "Punto of the Rangers" Punto gets to third on a single and Punto of the Rangers' 2 base error and then scored on a wild pitch. But a really memorable game was a minor league game. The Round Rock Express were playing an exhibition Game this spring nothing that exiting happened but we saw how good Hunter Pence was before most people. So it was cool to see someone that could be a star in the majors before he was called up.

Two come to mind. The first in 1951 at the Polo Grounds in NYC when Bobby Thompson of the Giants hit that pitch off Ralph Branca of the Dodgers to win the pennant for that year.
The second was the seventh game of the 1955 World Series where the Brooklyn Dodgers won their first and only World Series.

My teen-aged son and I got tickets to the third game of the 1981 World Series. Since we live in Las Vegas we bet on the League Championship games in order to raise the money to actually drive to LA and stay the night in a motel and buy a Dodger dog or two as well as some souvenirs. That helped to make it special.
Fernando Valenzuela pitched a complete game. Both of us loved Fernando and that made it special.
We sat in the right field pavilion. Should have brought our binoculars, but just being there was the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. The Dodgers won that game and turned the World Series around. They won the next three games as well.
Of course my son and I believed we had something to do with that. ot as much as George Frazier, but something.

My most memorable was a trip to the old Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, MN in the summer of 1963 between the Twins and (if I remember correctly) the Orioles. I went with the Safety Patrol from my sixth grade class. Don Zimmer and Minnie Minoso played in that game. Dang, that was a long time ago. My favorite was a game at Wrigley in 1988 because it was Wrigley.

I was at the Derek Jeter flip game at oakland, I know its tabboo to be a Yanks fan and people will say what they will but it was nuts. I was at game 4 of the 1998 WS when they swept SD,but that was more of a coronation though.
Ive been to many Yankees roads games, this was the only time I can remember there being less than 20% yanks fans. When Jeter made that play I jumped up, looked around, then swore that I wouldnt make it out alive. Definantly exciting though.

It has to be 2005 - game one of the World Series. To see the giant flag during the anthem - the out of town scoreboard covered up by a big WS05 logo - and the field painted with the same logo - it was the most unreal feeling.
Also great in my memory was the first game of the postseason that year against Boston. Sox won in a huge blowout. It was rocking with every pitch!

Mets vs Cardinals Game 6 of 2006 NLCS
Insane game, I sat 2nd to last row in stadium and had the best 3 hours of my life, the stadium was literally shaking, never screamed so much in my life, and watching Reyes hit a leadoff HR just started it amazingly, and John Maine pitching a gem
I'm already saving money up for the Mets playoffs this year
