Oh, I always thought it was spelled like Booya! But I think I am wrong.
I hear pople say it a lot when they just prove someone wrong.
Like,
"So, I am right. Bouya!"
Or, when they are really happy and speaking to no one in particualr.
Like,
"I just got an A on this exam! Bouya!"
People use a lot of words that they have no idea what it means, so keep up the good work!

Hi Walking, I think it means when for example: You win like a football or baseball. They yell out BOUYA BOUYA!!! Lol

It's slang for "I concur", it's also used to express enjoyment.
