Oh yea! you see Bush hates Jamaicans so he started this here big hurricane storm with his powers and then made it come to Jamaica just to hurt them, that's how bad he hates them.
It had nothing to do with heat raising off the South African deserts and going into the upper atmosphere and then following the air currents, picking up moisture from the South Atlantic Ocean, then following the currents to South America.

Bush can't control the weather. But the Airforce can to a certain extent...They've released several publications about the subject...The hurricane itself might not be their fault but neglecting the survivors would be. I mean think about it even the national guard is in Iraq...we don't have the means to allocate resources to respond to a domestic disaster.
