Louisiana. From a trucker's perspective it's kind of like torture, because their interstates are so bad.

I did not enjoy visiting Montego Bay, Jamaica. Its very poor there and almost all the natives are hounding you for something. It was almost scary. I'll never go back.
Oklahoma - There is nothing there but farms and oil rigs!
Mexico - Its beautiful beaches, but leave the tourist area and it can get ugly.

Hmm......Well, I'm between West Virginia, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania, although I did have some good memories in PA, so it's between West Virginia and Tennessee. I think West Virginia won, though. Man, that place was boring as hell. pretty though.
