The defense was awesome, James Jones Had his coming out party,even Bubba Franks was better than average.And there is always #4 doing what he can.The thing is:Are the 2007 Packers for real,or are they a year or two away from contending?

i think they could be a SB contender IF the defense plays as well as they did in that game. their Defense is going go be sick and i can't wait for the regular season. and it looks like the offense is coming around. With Driver Jennings and Jones as 1 2 3 and then Korean Robinson coming back in about a month. that should be a deep recieving core. plus Jackson was looking like he could be a decent running back. and Favre is playing like the HOFer he is. things are looking good for the packers.

If they can run the ball, they will make a good playoff run. I've been against them not getting any help for Favre the last few years, but going defense has started to pay off.
Favre won't throw nearly as many picks because he won't have to come from 2-3 touchdowns behind anymore.

I like the direction but that divison is getting better all around , I like them to win 9 games but there defense will carry them most of the season. They will get at least one win on everyone in there divison but i dont know how much Favre has in the tank. He still has the fire inside but i am not sure if he can carry that offense like he use to. Also he needs to cut down on those INTs, but i think they will make some noise in there divison.

Um, it was a preseason game.
The jury's already come back with a verdict. The Packers will suck again and the Bears win the division going away.
