You ate it over the course of two minutes. Presumably you were eating at 11:59, still eating at midnight, and continued until 12:01, so there isn't an exact moment at which you were eating it. It is a continuous process.

huh??? this makes no sense! if you started at 11:59 and ate nonstop til 12:01 you ate it from 11:59 to 12:01...
